SHIPPING POLICY
Packages will be sent out twice a week and, as a family, we will do our best to make sure that orders are turned around within 1 week of purchase. Thomas has done some research and understands that in order to maximise his profit, sending products 2nd class should be the standard option. However, should there be some urgency to receive your order, please let us know and we will look to send 1st class (additional costs may be incurred).
Should you wish or need to return an item, this will be your responsibility and at your own cost. Items must be returned in original and new condition. If a refund is to be given, this will be processed once we have received the item back.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items of jewellery. However, this does not affect your rights on faulty goods. Thomas wants happy customers, so please get in touch if you have any problems with your order.
Should you wish or need to return non-jewellery items, this will be your responsibility and at your own cost. Items must be returned in original and new condition and a refund will be issued once returned. Before you return an item, please get in touch as we may be able to help. You must include your order number and purchase name inside your return parcel so that we can allocate the order.
