CUSTOMER CARE

Like Thomas, his creations might not be perfect but they will go through a strict quality control check, by an adult, to ensure the very best products are delivered to you. Thomas fits his business around school life, so please be patient with your order. We will help Thomas by informing customers of delays or postage updates.

Aftercare:

We advise you not get these works of art damp or wet as this may degrade the glue used or tarnish metalware. Tarnishing can be reduced by sorting pieces in an appropriate box or bag or a regular polish with a polish cloth.

As you can guess, Thomas LOVES Lego, however, Lego in no way endorses what Thomas does. Who knows, Lego might even love what he does! :)

We are sure that you'll love your order but should you have any problems, please don't hesitate to get in touch as this process will also teach Thomas valuable business skills. Post & Packaging:

School comes first for Thomas. We will help him by taking parcels to the Post Office at least twice a week but we will endeavor to inform each customer of postage. In some cases, we may need to order raw materials and this can take up to 3 weeks to arrive and make. Should there be a possibility that your order could be delayed, we will inform you in writing and, if the order will be significantly delayed, offer your a refund or a free gift with your order for any inconvenience caused. 

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Due to the nature of Thomas' business, there is an element of data caption, however, all payments go through a secure WIX payment platform, we do not hold any bank details or share any information with 3rd parties. Should you wish to engage with Thomas' social media platforms, please be aware that what you share may be used as part of Imagined by Thomas' marketing and Public Relations campaign. Should you sign up to the website's mailing list, your details will be held securely by WIX.com and we will not share them with any third party.
